Our client is a leading Design & Build contractor specialising in the delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CAT A / CAT A+ / CAT B projects up to £10M, they provide a fully integrated service from workplace strategy and design through to construction and project delivery.


Their portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors and includes projects for occupiers, landlords and blue-chip organisations, delivering innovative, sustainable and technically complex workplace environments. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join their team.


THE ROLE:


The Senior Technical Services Manager will lead the technical delivery of building services across multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Responsible for managing all technical aspects from pre-construction and tender stage through to design coordination, installation, commissioning and final handover, this role is critical to ensuring successful project outcomes.


Acting as the key interface between clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams, the successful candidate will drive technical excellence, manage risk, ensure compliance, and support the delivery of projects to the highest standards of quality, programme and commercial performance.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead MEP design, coordination, and delivery across CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate building services design with in-house design teams to deliver fully integrated workplace solutions.
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to deliver fully coordinated design solutions.
  • Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and technical design reviews.
  • Drive value engineering, buildability, and design optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage MEP procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, landlord requirements, and project specifications.
  • Act as the key technical liaison between clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
  • Support the delivery of sustainable and technology-driven workplace environments.



PACKAGE:


  • £90,000 - £105,000 + Commission (Percentage of gross profit on individual projects)
