Central Business Manager\n\n📍 South East London | 💼 Full-Time (36 hours per week, 52 weeks)\n 📄 Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year) | 🚗 Essential Car Allowance\n\nTimePlan Education is recruiting on behalf of a multi-academy trust based in South East London area for an experienced Central Business Manager to join their Central Services team.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled education business professional to play a key strategic role supporting a group of primary schools, working closely with a Central Finance Manager and senior leadership teams.\n\n🔑 The Role\n\nThe successful candidate will act as a key link between Central Services and school leadership teams, providing high-level operational and strategic support across multiple sites.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nActing as the liaison between Central Services and individual schools\nProviding strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, and estates\nLine managing school-based administrative and support staff\nSupporting the development of consistent systems and processes across the trust\nPromoting a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and high standardsThis role involves working across assigned schools as well as time at the Trust's Head Office in Bromley, with an essential car allowance provided.\n\n👤 About You\n\nWe are looking for an experienced professional who:\n\nHas proven experience in business management within the education sector\nIs confident working across multiple school sites and senior leadership teams\nHas strong knowledge of finance, HR, and operational school systems\nDemonstrates excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills\nCan inspire and support staff while maintaining high standards of delivery\n\n🌟 About the Trust\n\nThis is a collaborative multi-academy trust supporting a range of primary schools across London and the South East.
