About the opportunity:\nThe Offshore Wind Growth Partnership is looking for a motivated Delivery Specialist to support the delivery of exciting programmes that help grow the UK offshore wind supply chain.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and purpose driven organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract, at the forefront of offshore wind industry development and supply chain growth.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Delivery Specialist (Competitions), you will manage and coordinate projects and relationships with supply chain companies supported through OWGP programmes.\nYou will help deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and high-quality outcomes.\nYou'll work closely with internal teams, delivery partners, contractors, and industry stakeholders to support the successful delivery of OWGP initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Manage a portfolio of projects and supported companies\n * Coordinate project activities, reporting, budgets, and timelines\n * Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships\n * Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics\n * Support continuous improvement across programme delivery\n * Represent OWGP at meetings and industry events\n * Assist with communications, marketing, and business development activities\nWho we are looking for:\n * Project management experience within energy, utilities, construction, or technical sectors\n * Confidence when dealing with senior management and directors, both internally and externally.\n * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\n * Experience managing budgets and project delivery\n * Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset\n * Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline\n * Passion for renewable energy and driving positive change\nWhy you will love working here:\n * Be part of the UK's clean energy future\n * Work on impactful and innovative programmes\n * Collaborate with industry leaders and growing businesses\n * Gain valuable experience within a rapidly expanding sector\nIn return we are offering:\n * Competitive salary depending on skills and experience.\n * 33 days annual leave entitlement\n * Pension scheme with a minimum employee contribution of 4% and employer contribution of up to 4%\nIf you're passionate about supporting the growth of the offshore wind industry and want to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you
