Van Mobile M&E Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – London – £46,000 + Package\n\nCBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Van mobile maintenance engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract with key sites in London.\n\n The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £46,000 with a potential route into further career progression.\n\n Package & working hours\n\nBasic Salary of up to £46,000 \nMonday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm\n26 days holiday + Bank Holidays\nVan & Fuel Card\nTablet & Work Phone Provided\nFull company uniform \nTons of overtime Key Duties & Responsibilities\n\nConduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.\nCarry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification\nMaintain and update Log books\nUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.\nBe proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.\nBe proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.\nMaintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.\nReport service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.\nBe fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.\nRequirements\n\nElectrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3\nMechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2\nCity & Guilds - 18th Edition\nA proven track record in commercial building maintenance\nMulti-skilled\nGood communication skills\nClient Facing\nPrevious experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role\nMust be able to work unsupervised to a high qualityPlease send your CV to Charlie Long of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role
