Graduate History Teacher - Independent School

Location: Essex (easily accessible through the Elizabeth Line)Start Date: September 2026Contract: Fixed Term until September 2027 (with view to permanent)Salary: Competitive, based on the school's generous independent pay scale

We are currently seeking a passionate and ambitious History graduate to join a high-performing independent school in Essex from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to teach History while training for a PGCE in a highly supportive environment.

The school offers a structured training programme with full mentoring and a reduced timetable, leading to QTS. The initial contract is until July 2027, with the potential of a permanent role from September 2027.
