Gas Repairs Officer (Housing)

Local authority in Northamptonshire currently require a Gas Repairs Officer for an initial period of three months. Likely to be ongoing work.\n\nPurpose of the role: To be part of the day-to-day operational management of the Council’s Repairs and Maintenance Team and Contractors, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function ensuring the Council as a landlord is compliant with its statutory and legal obligations.\n\nCandidates must have:\n\nTechnical qualification and accreditation allowing for the supervision of gas works: The Gas Safety (Installation and use) regulations 1998.\n\nMust hold valid UK driving licence - travel to site.
