The Role
As a Customer Success Lead at Harrison Clarke, you will be responsible for helping to ensure our customers achieve value from our platform and that we’re helping them to achieve their business goals while providing strategic guidance to our customers throughout their journey.
Being the named person to all our clients, you are on every client call, running weekly check-ins, quarterly reviews, Spot issues early and keep momentum moving. You will need to uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities and demonstrate competency in all internal processes & practices by continuous support to out research team while provideing mentorship to them.
